From there, I develop a personalized treatment plan encompassing nutritional therapy, targeted supplements, herbal remedies, and lifestyle medicine.

No. And, I do believe they are helpful, but are generally not necessary. Often, with a thorough consultation, we can already see where body imbalances lie. However, if you have a chronic condition, or have tried many avenues in the past to resolve a health issue, the detail tests provide can be the missing link. Blood testing to decipher key nutrient insufficiencies and rule out red flags, is something that can really benefit our working together, and I will recommend these more often.
