“Patience is the key to natural healing. The body has its own timeline, and when we align with nature's wisdom, true healing unfolds.”

Naturopathic Consultations

In a consultation, we will delve into your health story, exploring your family health background, medications, exercise patterns, stress levels, and dietary and lifestyle habits. To gain deeper insights, functional diagnostic testing, such as comprehensive blood chemistry, digestive stool analysis, hormone testing, and more, may be employed (read more about these tests here).

From there, I develop a personalised treatment plan encompassing nutritional therapy, targeted supplements, herbal remedies, and lifestyle medicine.

Together, we embark on a transformative journey towards optimal wellbeing.

New Clients

If we haven’t worked with each other before, I ask that all of my new clients join me for 3 sessions - an initial 90 minute consultation and two shorter follow-ups.

This approach allows for a deeper understanding of the your health story, continuity of care, comprehensive naturopathic plans, and ongoing guidance, resulting in better long-term health outcomes and integrated wellbeing. And, with the nature of working with women it’s important for me to work in a format that allows us to observe changes over more than one menstrual cycle. I understand this is different to the one-off appointment we are accustomed to in the health space, but it is a point I feel is integral to a natural approach to wellbeing.

Following this 3-session process, you are welcome to book in for one-off sessions as and when needed. This is an offering only available to existing clients.

Initial consultations will last approximately 90 minutes, with follow-ups ranging from 25-50 minutes.

In addition to my new client consultations I offer specialised naturopathic programmes and consultation packages - see below for more information.

cost - 290 for 3 consultations (2-part payment available).

Client or Patient?

In naturopathic care, the term "client" is often used instead of "patient" to emphasize a collaborative and empowering relationship between the practitioner and the individual seeking care. This shift in language reflects the holistic approach of naturopathy, where clients are active participants in their own wellbeing, working together with the practitioner to achieve optimal health and well-being.

Your Health, Your Investment

Your well-being is invaluable, and working on it is an investment in your overall vitality, happiness, and quality of life. If preferred, I offer payment plans to ensure your journey to optimal health is accessible as possible.

To note: Functional tests and blood chemistry (not required, but may be recommended) and supplements are not included in the consultation cost.

Supporting your health challenges takes time, dedication, and commitment from both of us. As a naturopathic practitioner, my aim is to empower and educate you, enabling you to reclaim control of your health. Together, we embark on a journey where evidence-based therapeutics, personalised dietary inclusions, and lifestyle modifications play a vital role.

In my role as a naturopathic practitioner, I am mindful of creating protocols for you that address the root cause, and do not simply use a ‘green pharmacy’ approach to provide symptomatic relief. I trust in our bodies, and that if we can support them into a state of balance that they can find their way back to optimal health.

FAQs

  • I am insured and accredited to practice in the EU (incl. Norway), Canada, UK and the USA. Access to functional testing and supplements differ from country to country, so sometimes my process may need to adapt. If you have any further questions, please get in touch!

Please note that there is no such thing as ‘internationally accredited’. Each country has its own accreditation, especially in the field of Natural Therapies, also regulations change from time to time.

  • No. And, I do believe they are helpful, but are generally not essential. Often, with a thorough consultation, we can already see where body imbalances lie. However, if you have a chronic condition, or have tried many avenues in the past to resolve a health issue, the detail tests provide can be the missing link. Blood testing to decipher key nutrient insufficiencies and rule out red flags, is something that can really benefit our working together, and I will recommend these more often.

  • Yes, all my offerings can be paid for in a two-part payment plan - interest free and at no extra cost.

  • Generally, no. However I do make an exception for my pregnant clients in the postpartum care package.
